Order notes are a feature you can use to communicate with customers about a specific order, or provide them with a discount code for a future order.
An admin could paste a coupon code here, which the customer could then view in their My Account dashboard. The user could then use the coupon next time they make a purchase.
How to use
1. Click through to view an order in the website backend
2. Add a note or coupon code to the Add note box. Click the Add button to submit the note.
3. The note will be visible in the customer's My Account dashboard in the dashboard as shown in the screenshots below.
