The easiest way for us to manage your Facebook advertising campaigns is through a Facebook business manager account. The business manager account collects all permissions and digital properties into a single umbrella, making it much easier to authorise us to access everything we need.
If you created your business' Facebook page yourself you may not have automatically created a business manager account too, so first you'll need to create your business manager account.
1. Head on over to https://business.facebook.com/ in order to set up your first business account. If you see your business there, you already have a business account and can add assets to it.
If you don't you'll need to click the button that says “Create Account.”
2. Once you signup, you are launched directly into the Business Manager app. Here is your dashboard, where you can access everything about your business.
Here you will be prompted to create or ‘claim’ your Facebook business page and ad accounts.
Look in the upper right-hand corner for a button that says “Business Settings.”
3. If you already have a Facebook business page or ad account setup you should see it in the middle of the screen now. Otherwise, look for the “Setup Guide” text link in the upper right-hand side.
4. Next, they’ll send you to a starting point to manage everything related to your Business Manager.
Here you can get started with ad accounts, pages, and people. They’ve simplified these options a lot, so it should be self-explanatory to see what you should do next (i.e. “Create Page” for first-time visitors, or “Claim Page” if you already have one up, etc.).
Simply point, click, and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Add Business Manager Admins and Employees
Adding people (employees, partners, vendors, etc.) to your new page or ad account is straightforward once you’re already inside the Business Manager. Start by navigating back to your Setup Guide and look for people (listed towards the bottom). Please add our Facebook admin account 'Alex HCreative' as an admin in your Facebook Business Manager.
