1. Head to https://www.bing.com/webmaster/home/mysites and login. If you can't see any websites in the list let us know and we will create it for you.
  2. Select your website from the list.
  3. You can find the Users management console under the Configure My Site section in the navigation pane inside Webmaster Tools.
  4. Enter alex@alloymarketing.co.uk in the Email field.
  5. In the URL field, enter the top level URL of your website.
  6. In the Role drop down menu, select Administrator.
  7. Since you are delegating permissions using your own key, the Key field is automatically set to your own key, as you are the original administrator.
  8. Click Add to add the user they will be added to the list below.
